No. It works alongside whatever you already use for scheduling, invoicing and customer records. You need a Google Calendar and an email address that can forward mail.
Every reply waits for your approval before it sends, so you see the draft first and can edit it. If you later trust it with routine questions, you can let those send on their own, but that's always your call.
